The Home Selling Process

We have extensive experience in selling properties s, allowing us to effectively advise our clients throughout the selling process. Our sellers historically average higher sales prices than similar properties marketed by the competitor. In today’s market, who you work with matters. One of my favorite tasks is to help sellers to obtain the highest possible price with the least inconvenience. When you are in the market to sell a home, please feel free to contact us. 1) Meeting with you

During our first meeting, we discuss the pros & cons of your property, listen to your requirements, provide our unique insights about marketing strategy, the market conditions, and overall trends in San Francisco, and go over the selling process.

2) Preparing the home

We will discuss how to best prepare your home to highlight its unique features. This will include the benefits of painting, repairs, photography, and staging when applicable. We will also discuss reports and disclosure items that need to sell a home.

3) Pricing Strategy

We will review comparative market analysis and current market conditions with you to match your personal requirements and the time frame as we will establish the best pricing strategy for a property when you sell a home.

4) Marketing Strategy

We use a variety of traditional and digital marketing channels with well-designed content to ensure that information about your property is thoughtfully and aesthetically presented to the largest potential pool of buyers.

5) Getting into Contract

As offers begin to come in, we will help you weed through options and negotiate with potential buyers to get you the highest possible price.

6) Closing Escrow

Once we have an accepted offer, we will manage the escrow process, complete paperwork, and make sure all contingencies are removed in a timely fashion to ensure a successful close of escrow.
